If you have ever seen pergo flooring you know the differance. I can spot that stuff a mile away. There’s nothing like real wood! But…That doesn’t mean everyone else realizes that. High end houses DO NOT have pergo floors around here (northeast) If that helps.
Bambex is higher end then Pergo,(My opinion) but a buyer won’t know the difference. Hardwood will always give a better overall appearance.
Hardwood takes more labor, but is worth the effort, although depends on the house in general. Just my thought.
