Why is vacancy 100%?
« on: March 25, 2006, 01:58:46 pm »
Hi, I'm looking at a property which has vacancy listed at 100.  Is this because the house is empty?? What gives?

Sounds to me like it is empty. Perhaps they moved the tenants out so that they could rehab and sell. Listings often have erroneous information, I would just call the owner or listing agent.

100% vacancy is the exact opposite of 100% full ;D
