Valencia, California. Just closed last week on my first rehab here locally, have a few porperties in Utah (lease option), and I am moving to Austin (Cedar Park, Round Rock area) in a few months.
Selling my primary residence here in Ca (purchased in 2002) to buy a home in Austin that is twice as big for a third of the price!

Fort Wayne, IN. Population 260,000. Buyer's market right now. What can you get for $100,000 here? 4 BR 2 BA 1600 sq ft ranch with a nice yard and big deck. Grill not included.

Workin out of Northern Virginia (DC metro) where Fortune magazine just rated our area as a real estate "Dead Zone"... we'll show 'em. Its time for the "creative" part of creative real estate investing to take over!!!
