Rehab market is good here but if you don't have an ADT system in place your crew will come back to broken basement windows and a wet spot where your new furnace used to be..

Also pre-foreclosure market is good and the Donald is builiding a mega scraper here, with the winner of his apprentice season 1. Everyone is happy except for the people who's view of the lake and skyline just turned into the view of the West Side of Trumps newest toy ..
