Central Wisconsin

Central Wisconsin here too. Half way between Wausau and Appleton to be exact. Just getting started though and trying to get a buyers' list together. Plan to wholesale deals. I am also an abstractor with an excellent source to foreclosures and preforeclosures. If you're interested in these areas, let me know.

Chicago, Illinois. Wish I had personal reports on the market here but I'm too new to have anything solid, but everyone I'm talking to around here says the market is pumpin!

I'm from Rock Hill South Carolina.  The business is good here.  How is it around the rest of the country.  It seems the media doesn't always give the best response.

I'm in SI New York, looking to start flipping in SC (where I have a place to stay rent free) but having trouble working out how anyone can afford the finance for that first purchase.

Denver, Colorado (or thereabouts)

The market here has been flat through the whole California boom cycle.  Last time CA real estate tanked, Colorado real estate rocketed. I'm anxiously awaiting the bubble going *splat*.
