Looking for excellent terms and low downpayments on loans for land in Florida… Lots range from 12-40K…Looking to buy a few lots…

you can buy lots anyway you want to…i am looking to buy 3-4 lots now.

do you have a certain area or price range your targeting…are you looking for shortterm (about 1 yr hold) or long term

I just responded via email: You are looking at 25%-30% down on each with rates between 7.5-9%. It depends if you can fully document your income or not.

thanks guys but i just found out from a builder he has a program with 100% stated land loans at 20yr terms with 8.5-10% rates…cant beat that
