Where to find REO's
«

Where is the best source to find REO properties. I have asked banks in my area and they appear to me not to even know what I am talking about and I get the run-around. I am very suprised in the responses that have come to me. I am just trying to find out if there is a particular source that has proven to be good to find listings of REO's. Thanks, Joe.

It takes time to build a network of Realtors and other investors that know where the deals are. Good REO deals do not even make the MLS. There are plenty REO's at retail on MLS but that is about it. You may want to make low offers on listings that are old on the market and are run down and bad areas. Everything will sell at the right price.
Good luck and thank you,
