Doing the first deal

Can a private investor( no real estate agent) submit a offer, if so, where can i get the forms to do so. I’m in Los Angeles, CA.

Howdy A Private Investor:

Anyone can submit an offer. It does not even have to be on a form. It could be on a napkin or brown paper sack.

Best to use formsthat are available on line at your local real estate commission in most states. Title companies can hook you up too. Some Realtors will share the forms and some will not unless their name is on it as the agent.

just go to a bookstore or legal forms
store.

You might want to make your offer
contingent on showing it to your
advisors (CPA Attorney or Broker) if
you are just starting out.
