Sorry for my first post being a potentially stupid question but I can’t seem to find an answer to it…
What is the meaning of “wholesaleing” and “birddogging”? I think I know birddogging but just want to make sure.

Bird Dog - someone who identifies a potential good real estate investment opportunity and passes that deal on to another investor for a fee.
Wholesale - just like in any other industry, buy low sell higher. You put the property under contract and then sell it to another investor, like a rehabber, leaving him financial room to fix and retail it out to the folks that will live there.
