I am a general contractor who has done one small development (4 homes), and have some more land to build and sell 5 more homes. Does anybody know any sources to find angel investors who would take a share of the profit, or a high interest rate, in return for payment as the homes sell?
I would approach the We Buy Houses …people in your Sunday paper as well as the Money to Lend Guys.
