trying to understand or look for a good book/website to help me understand how to put togeather a group of investors to build new construction 
I don’t know of any books that reference this but I think networking at your local REI clubs will be a great start. Get to know the investors in your area and also their investing style.
You want to make sure that you don’t get into a group of people that you don’t see eye to eye with.
