Title: Is Covid-19 Causing a exodus from cities to regional areas?

What do you think of this ]article on openagent https://www.openagent.com.au/blog/has-covid-19-caused-an-exodus-from-cities-to-regional-areas talking about Covid causing a mass exodus to regions. The conclusion was it seems like it might but its to early to tell. What do y'all think?

I think that is true especially for the state of California. Many Californians fled to Texas.
