I am interested in getting land via tax lien in Florida. Can anyone help me with this process?

Probably not a gooe method to get VALUABLE property.

FL tax liens are sold online to highest bidder.

FL is a bid down state....meaning the interest rate starts at 18 percent and goes down as bid.

If you are successful....wait two years and land matures to you.

Then you have to foreclose and any0ne can bid at the foreclosure auction.

If you are seeking land I would suggest a tax deed state.

If you want interest and penalties then a tax lien state.
