Does anyone know a website or how to obtain a list of foreclosures for specific areas????

Check in the legal section of your newspaper everyday. There are requirements that public notice be made of pending foreclosure sales for x number of times before the sale.
The notice will include the name of the homeowner, the bank foreclosing, and usually the address of the property (and more info). You can use this info to try to contact the homeowner.
