Title: NEED SOME ADVICE

LOOKING TO PURCHASE PROPERTYS BELOW MARKET VALUE DO A LITTLE REHABBING AND SALE HIGH. I HAVE NEVER OWNED A HOME BEFORE THIS WILL BE MY FIRST (PERSONAL & INVESTMENT) PROPERTY. I'M STAYING WITH MY IN-LAWS NOW.I JUST GOT PRE QUALIFIED FOR AN FHA LOAN AND HAVE BEEN LOOKING TO PURCHASE HUD HOMES AT THE BEGINNING OF MY INVESTING CAREER. MY PLANS ARE TO FLIP MY FIRST PROPERTY (WHILE STILL LIVING WITH IN-LAWS) LEAVING ME WITH ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY MY LOAN BACK AND A PRETTY GOOD PROFIT TO PUT IN MY POCKET. THAT WOULD PUT ME IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE LENDER FOR MY NEXT PROPERTY WHICH WILL BE MY OWN PERSONAL FAMILY HOME. PROPERTYS THAT I PURCHASE THEREAFTER WILL BE INVESTMENTS. I'M JUST NOT SURE IF I SHOULD START OUT THIS WAY OR TRY SOMETHING ELSE. I NEED SOME ADVICE AND ANY WILL BE VERY HELPFUL. THANKS AND GOD BLESS!

BY THE WAY I AM GOING FOR AN FHA LOAN DUE TO NO CREDIT HIDTORY AND NO CREDIT SCORE.
